Just returned from 2 great weeks in Cyprus.       

One day we took a boat trip and this pirate ship the Black Pearl came alongside,  gave us a broadside     and we all ended up in the drink!.

The very impressive classic yacht Eleonora E built in 2000 is an exact replica of the legendary 1910 racing schooner Westward heading down Loch Long.

8th April,10.  During a naval exercise in the West coast of Scotland USS VICKSBURG (CG69) sails up Loch Long on her way to Glenmallan Jetty. A Ticonderoga class Guided Missile Cruiser. One of the most expensive cruisers and most powerful surface ships in the world.

4th March'10    Hebridean Princess on Loch Long on one of her Clyde cruises.The queen will be onboard this summer for a trip round the western isles before going to Balmoral.

This wee chap meets me at the door every morning and follows me around all day.

Oct.09. Just back from a weeks break at Lagnakeil just outside Oban where we had a party for Clare's 21st. Happy birthday Clare Thanks to Carol and Allan for the great food and entertainment.

29th Oct.      One of the New type 45 Air Defence Destroyers D34 HMS Diamond on Loch Long during trials. She is due to be handed over to the Royal Navy in 2011.
